Every tenant gets an isolated Postgres schema with row-level tenant tagging on shared tables. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is role-based, enforced by our RBAC engine, and every change to a business record is captured in an immutable audit trail with the actor, timestamp and before/after payload.

We run quarterly access reviews, rotate keys on a schedule, and never share tenant data between customers.

No lock-in. Full export on demand, in open formats. REST APIs on every entity.

If you leave Biztimize tomorrow, you take everything with you — masters, transactions, attachments, audit logs — in CSV or JSON. Every entity is reachable through a public REST API with OpenAPI docs, so you are never locked in to our UI or our reporting layer.

We do not charge extra for exports, and we do not negotiate your exit.

Every release is documented in our public changelog with what shipped, what is fixed, and what is still open. Pricing is published, per user, with no per-feature gates. If something on our roadmap is six months out, we say six months — not "soon".

When we make a mistake, we publish a post-mortem.

Reliability & Uptime

99.95% uptime target with real monitoring, real alerts, and real humans on-call.

Our target is 99.95% monthly availability, measured at the user-facing edge, not the load balancer. We run continuous health checks, synthetic transactions, and database replication with point-in-time recovery. Incidents are handled by an on-call rotation of engineers who actually built the systems.

Backups run every 15 minutes and are tested monthly.

Customer Support

Responses in hours, not days. The first reply is from someone who can actually help.

Our support team includes people who have run finance, operations and supply chain before — not a first-tier filter that escalates to someone else. Most questions are answered in under four business hours, and the person you talk to can read your data, reproduce the issue, and ship a fix.

We do not charge for support. It is part of what you are paying for.
